Builders Clean Price List:
Our Conditions – We only undertake build cleans on the basis that all other tradesmen are clear of the given area, we expect areas to be cleared of tools and any left over debris, materials waste in order to achieve the finish you are looking for.
- We offer a build clean and a final sparkle, Our hourly rates are shown in the table below,
- If you are looking for priced work done then you would need to contact us to arrange a site visit.

Understanding Our Free Quotes – How It Works:
- Our rates are very competitive within the cleaning industry, We have done our research and we offer great services at competitive prices, upon pricing any job, we will come out to you in order to weigh up the job and give you a free no obligation quote,
- Your E-mail address will be collected upon visiting you,
- We will then send you your quote via e-mail for you to take a look at, for you to then decide whether you wish to go ahead with the work,
- In some cases We can give you a verbal quote on the day of the visit, unless of course you stated that you would prefer your quote via e-mail, Please let us know this when we visit your place.
The reason we like to price via e-mail is because we don’t like to put the customer on the spot to agree a price there and then, This can sometimes cause a feeling of awkwardness and pressure on the customer to go ahead when they have not been given time to think about it,
- We offer a no pressure service whilst offering a free quote.
In many cases customers are looking for the best service at the best price and may try a few different companies which is another reason we like to price via E-mail, this gives any potential customer time to weigh up the pros and cons between each company and decide in their own time which way they wish to go.
Our Hourly Rates:
Domestic Household Cleaning Rate: – £ 14.00 Per hour. (All cleaning materials included)
Fixed Price Rates:
In Some Cases Our Work Is Priced Per Unit, Our usual fixed rate price would be on jobs such as,
- Holiday Chalets.
- Caravans.
- Business premises – Offices – Cafe’s – Shops, etc.
- Bed And Breakfast.
